Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
